Course Outcomes

- Have an increased understanding of the Florida HIV/AIDS requirements, the importance of infection reporting, and the basics of treatment as required by the Florida Board of Nursing.

- Understand and define the difference between substance abuse, addiction, drug diversion, and impairment.
