Is this a remote or in-person position?

Please refer to the individual job listing. Some positions are in-office, while others are remote. For remote roles, we require employees to work from a company-paid, non-home office for the first 16 months.

What are the typical working hours?

Most roles follow an 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (ET), Monday–Friday schedule. As a high-growth startup, occasional overtime is expected and valued.

What is the starting pay, and how do raises work?

Compensation details are outlined in each job listing. Raises are awarded annually and typically range from 5–10%, based on performance and contribution.

What benefits are included?

We offer health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield (50% employer-paid), and we cover 100% of dental and vision premiums.

Is training provided, or do I need experience in CE or nursing education?

Yes — all necessary training and equipment are provided. However, many roles require a foundational level of knowledge or skills.
