This course will provide definitions of the ten types of personality disorders. This will include the key characteristics and diagnostic criteria for each personality disorder. Different treatment modalities will be explored, and the nursing process will be reviewed as it relates to personality disorders. Each personality disorder will be reviewed in detail to increase the participant’s understanding of these complex disorders.
