Course Overview

This course provides nursing professionals with a comprehensive understanding of Total Artificial Heart (TAH) surgery, patient management, and post-operative care. Learners will explore the anatomy and physiology of heart failure, indications for TAH implantation, types of TAH devices, surgical procedures, and the role of nursing in both pre-operative and post-operative care. Course Outcomes
